  • To lead the marketing function for the Pain category by guiding formulation of innovative Marketing plans for the VMS portfolio of Sanofi with an overall marketing plan in order to drive market share, top line and bottom line so as to enable achievement of objectives
  • To create a strategy for the portfolio of brands that (s)he manages including growth projections, investment levels for each brand based on growth potential (short and medium term) and fit to country and global growth model.
  • To drive the development of deep consumer / category / HCP / competitive insights related to the category and use these to grow the portfolio.
  • Develop communication strategy to build brand loyalty and recall to fulfill the business objectives of sales and growth for all the brands in the category.
