Position Overview
Primary responsibility is to provide operational & analytical support for utilizing RFID technology in inbound and outbound operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Working in Global RFID program to improve Inventory accuracy, Loss Prevention and introduce next-gen shopping experience
Implementing new Tools and Capabilities at Ralph Lauren stores across NA, EMEA and APAC to create an awesome customer experience.
Good understanding of data flow and backend processes
Knowledge on troubleshooting issues reported by store teams from low level
Experience in inventory management is an add-on
Knowledge on accessing servers using RDP, Server Management, Networking is an add-on
Experience in creating documentation where required.
Knowledge on RFID Hardware, software and knowledge of protocols
Good understanding of RFID Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, Ipods, RFD Guns etc
Experience of supplier management and working with third party consultants / outsourced service provider
Experience in deploying Software Updates as required
Experience in TrueVUE application is an add-on Create solutions that can be effectively managed by individuals with operational skill sets
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Qualified candidates must have ability to effectively communicate with individuals / groups from varied backgrounds and skill levels.
Familiarity of RFID technology and distribution use cases and good Knowledge of transportation management and distribution systems.
2-5 years of professional experience in Customer Service and / or Retail Merchandise Planning & Allocation or Store Operation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; listening and understanding aptitude; strong diagnostics and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail and accuracy
1-2 years SQL and database knowledge preferred Organized, with a keen attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industry recognized certifications is preferred.
Cisco Certified / Trained or must be familiar with Cisco IOS / Equipment, Meraki and tools for management.
