Job Description

As the IIRIS Labs Delivery Lead you will :

Design, develop and explore new technologies and approaches to drive innovation within our business as part of IIRIS Labs.

Provide technical leadership across multiple projects within Labs

Guide, nurture, and coach a engineers and architects working in an agile, fast-paced environment. Lead supplier development resources.

Drive adoption and evolution of IIRIS based on best-in-class cloud technologies and open source solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience on designing and developing modern cloud-based architectures, preferably based on AWS.

Excellent understanding of enterprise-scale data lakes, big data platforms and APIs.

Experience with Machine Learning, NLP.

Excellent knowledge of modern data solutions such as redshift, snowplow, no-sql.

Excellent knowledge and working experience on data technologies and frameworks, preferably on Python, Airflow, Glue, AWS API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Lambda

Experience working on or with API's for data delivery / ingestion, e.g. REST APIs, GraphQL, etc.

Good understanding of Lambda and Kappa Architecture pattern.

Experience with Agile methodology / Kanban.
