Job Description

Analyst, Finance Systems-India

Analyze business functions around PeopleSoft General Ledger and Various other transaction processing system.

Chartfield creation and maintenance in PeopleSoft / other ERP’s

PeopleSoft Tree Maintenance & PeopleSoft Query management handlings

Knowledge in PeopleSoft People Tool / Security.

Knowledge in PSAM & PSAP

Work independently and with limited direction to prioritize tasks and organize workflow under narrow time limitations, and appropriately communicate changes and progress

Superior collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management and staff

Construct presentations and communications in a logical manner, sensitive to diverse audience's needs

Consult with the business and IT management to identify and document needs, objectives, current operational procedures and problems

Monitoring Sub-system / transaction processing system Interfaces and its Data Flow

Co-ordination for ERP & Sub-system / transaction processing testing.

Participate various ad-hoc analysis and reporting efforts for the stake holders.

Perform and document technical research and conclusions on various sub-systems / transaction processing system.

Ability to build credibility with internal stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure & flexibility to meet demanding deadlines essential.

Recommend and / or implement actions required to improve processes.

Proactively escalate issues to supervisor that require attention.

Respond in a timely manner to all requests from stake holders.

Ensure all activities are reviewed internally as needed before it is reported out to stake holders.
