Functional Lead Consultant SuccessFactors RCM / ONB (Recruitment Management Onboarding)
Consult HR best practices by mapping current-state business processes and designs future-state processes, Align system solution while requirement gathering and document them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors, Provide functional & technical support for integrations, Effectively participate in sales / presales activities as the demand arises, Train & coach junior consultants.
Should be ready to be deployed on projects (India Any city / town, Overseas Middle East, Africa etc.). Each time duration of the engagement can be upto 1 month and frequent travels, if there are simultaneous engagements.
Overall HCM experience 3-5 years of either SAP HCM (any other ERP) or HR domain experience or both
any other module will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & Other Skills Knowledge & Other skills : Good working knowledge of IT services and system development, Excellent HCM best practice knowledge, Broad technical appreciation including ALL key SAP functionality and technology, Multiple industry domain knowledge preferable but not mandatory, Knowledge in system integration and administration, Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, Command on written and verbal communication
