Job Description Summary :

Shobiz is actively looking for Trainees as a part of Concept team. During the six-month program, probation, Trainees get exposure to Brand Strategy for different clients at Shobiz.

They will get both formal and on-the job learning opportunities while studying and developing their professional skills.

Job Description :

Responsibilities as a Brand Strategy Trainee

To present the desire, passion, and ability to concept and write for events, Emcee scripts, microsites.

To partners with other members of concept, creative teams, and client servicing teams to ensure the project meets objectives and deadlines.

To take an active part in internal and client meetings.

To be able to explain and articulate ideas with confidence.

Kickstart to Success

One- week induction and introduction to your mentor

Two briefs of live projects / pitches in 4-5 months

Exposure to on-going client work

Performance review in 3 months

Confirmation on successful completion of the probation basis fair assessment

Mentorship

Every trainee will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance during the program. They will supervise and give feedback on overall performance, project deliverables and skills.

The mentors will play a critical role to kickstart their careers at Shobiz

Eligibility

Strong academic performance with a focus on subjects that are relevant to role that you are applying for

Good written and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
