  • Job Description

    The Executive / Business / Personal Assistant will work with all the departments within the company and CEO / Owners and other business initiatives and maybe the point of contact for both inside and outside the organization.

    Tasks are likely to include (but are not limited to)

  • Supporting CEO of the company in all aspects of business locally and globally and be part of the team which is the single point of contact for the CEO
  • Organize CEO's agenda and understand WHY of things beyond WHAT
  • Be aware of CEO's agenda fully and anticipate and support his business and life needs
  • General management support of the office and partial / full HR / admin, accounting responsibilities
  • Maintains relationship with bankers and assures the delivery of all the necessary documents
  • Ensures that all the internal administrative tasks are accomplished
  • İs in charge of maintaining a good relationship with the external partners
  • Schedules meetings, books hotel rooms, plane tickets and makes required payments
  • Daily accessing, coordinating, and updating the databases
  • Preparing reports regarding the activities in the office
  • Other administrative and secretarial duties
  • Accompany the CEO in meetings / travels / conferences
  • Act as the lifestyle manager to the CEO
  • Participate in pre-sales and business development process
  • Support CEO by being the HR business partner
  • Required skills for EA

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills in English
  • Flexibility, energy, and overall personality
  • Quick thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to cope with stress and work on tight deadlines
  • Must be presentable, polite, and tactful with the requisite aptitude to handle complicated issues through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have strong knowledge of E-mail, Internet use, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word - however more important is general quickness and efficiency
  • The profile will suit a highly energetic and smart professional with a quality graduate or postgraduate degree; international experience / exposure preferred
  • Both experienced and fresher candidates considered
  • The candidate may come from an HR / Administration / Hospitality background or from a top MBA and the role will be designed based on the profile
