Here's What you need to do :

  • Activation of existing Channel Partners for the purpose of sourcing Personal Loan / Business Loans.
  • Developing & monitoring sales teams comprising of tele-callers and FOS.
  • Achieving assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues.
  • Maintaining relationship with existing strategic alliances and financial institutions to enhance business avenues.
  • Focused to achieve good numbers in high ticket size with a target for revenue.
  • Market Intelligence : Provide market intelligence to supervisors on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans.
  • Compliances & Processes : Vigilant while sourcing any PL / BL Product
  • Here's what we require :

  • Experience in personal loans and business loans across various channels with graduation in any discipline.
  • A PL / BL sales person should be conversant with current market trends.
  • He / She should have basic sales skill and should be able to analyze customer behaviors.
  • A good team player, able to motivate and lead a team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations.
  • Focused and Enthusiastic with an ability to work in ambiguity and fast paced environment
