Development and series support for Charging system components (OBC / DCB / Inlet / Mode2 cable), which fulfil the legal regulations and production demands, the objectives from the project, Carline and module strategy, with regard to function, quality, weight and costs.
Creation and possibly updating the requirements specification for components
Create feature request to supplier, analyze the efforts and negotiate the quotation.
create Engineering change request and present in the car line change committee meeting to seek the change implementation approval.
Documentation of part numbers in vehicle part list with control codes
Documentation of component Electrical data
Documentation of variant coding parameters with control codes.
Co-ordinate with different test agencies to prepare test cases, test the component, analyze the results, log the issues in defect management tool and co-ordinate with supplier for fixing.
Support production plant for issue resolution.
Provide the solutions for the issues reported by aftersales team.
Internal / external stakeholder management during the Component change implementation.
B.Tech / M.Tech in EE / EC / Instrumentation with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Good understanding to automotive electronics - ECUs, In-car networking
Should have a good understanding of the V-model of development cycle of ECU HW and SW
Should have good exposure through the development cycle activities of ECU development
Preferably should have a good overview of OEM model of ECU development.
Should have good communication skills / knowledge of German language is an advantage.
