Job Summary :
The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, service repair and support for Markem-
Imaje products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for PM, Installation, & Breakdown calls.
Perform corrective and curative interventions to ensure the lowest down time and pursue with an approach of fix first time’.
Pro-actively maintain knowledge of core products related to the installed base of the area covered
Monitor end of life of machines in the assigned territory and act as a feeder channel to the sales team in buy back of machines.
Keep track of Inventory issued and ensure its safety and security.
Comply with the mandatory administration requirements including escalation process of issues to improve overall service delivery.
Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
To guide and coach other team members of same area to achieve key objectives. To provide technical support to other team members of same area for faster customer issue resolution.
Responsible for achievement of total targets of the territory which will include his as well as of his team members

Good technical knowledge and skills on the Company’s products and services. Ability to demonstrate logical thinking process to troubleshoot and leverage on materials and internal resources to resolve situations.

Qualifications and Experience :
Diploma / graduation (electrical / electronic) from govt. polytechnic college or deemed universities.
3-5 years of service experience in B2B environment, preferably from MNC’s engaged in packaging / end of the line automation.
Previous experience in diverse industry will be preferred.
Should be passionate about travelling and working at industrial site of customers. Good knowledge of written & oral skills in English & Hindi.
Knowledge about regional languages will be preferred.
Should have working knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel) etc.
