Duties & responsibilities

  • Providing help and advice to visiting customers in case any help they ask for.
  • Communicating courteously with residents by telephone, email and face to face.
  • Investigating and solving residents' problems.
  • Handling resident’s complaints or any crises, such as security issues or a customer being taken ill.
  • Make residents aware of non-accessibility an under construction unit.
  • Liaise with Security team in case of lost and found and communicate with customer.
  • Co-ordinate with property manager & residents for arranging social activities and events at Ashok Meadows
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with residents.
  • Producing written information for residents, often involving use of computer packages / software;
  • Writing reports analysing the resident service that Ambience Ashok meadows provide
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for residents to use.
  • Get resident feedback and liaise with Property Manager for any remedial action.
  • Perform all work as assigned by the Property MANAGER as deemed necessary to maintain and operate Ashok Meadows at an optimum level.
  • Keep proper coordination with site team with regards to resolving residents’ complaints
  • Maintain the smooth residents / tenants flow at club house
  • Ensure club house management as per club house manual and rules and regulations of related amenities and games
