Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to provide excellent customer service, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Recruit and develop customer service agents and direct the daily operations of the team
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Requirements :

  • At least 3-4 years of work experience as a customer service representative or assistant manager
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident and Proficient in English
  • Customer service orientation
