POSITION PURPOSE :

The Sr. Territory Executive is responsible for promotion & for getting support from the Healthcare professionals, hospitals and Institutions for Ascensia Diabetes Care products.

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION :

1. The incumbent should have an increased understanding of the market and competition and should have established a dominant market share in at least one institution.

2. Responsible for identifying, entering and developing hospitals for new SKU (Karajishi)

3. Should identify and develop good rapport (relation) with the KOLs

4. Effective negotiation of rates to ensure penetration and good business; implementation or subsequent documentation.

5. Conduct demand generation activities inside and outside of the hospital to increase ADC product consumption

6. Creation of exclusive accounts for ADC products.

7. Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts (incl. key opinion leaders, Key personnel Institutions) as per defined norms or requirements

8. Ensure regular customer visits as per defined norms of callage & coverage

9. Plan and execute marketing programs related to channel of business

10. Ensure compliance to Ascensia policies including Corporate & Reporting Compliance

Manage additional responsibilities from ABM like data analysis, report analysis Maintain a high level of product and therapeutic segment knowledge, latest market trends and updates on business to ensure better engagement with customers Support with new product launches

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Pharmacy
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing will be an advantage.
  • proven track record of min. least 5-10 years of experience in similar industry and channel of business
