This role will work closely with the Sales Enablement team providing domain expertise related to TR’s sales enablement platform Advisor (Seismic), with particular focus on execution, analysis and first-line business support for the curation and governance of sales and knowledge assets.

This role will also be responsible for understanding the full capabilities of the platform, improving the end-user experience and communicating as necessary with external vendor(s) to report issues, track fixes and submit enhancement requests.

In addition, the role will also have support responsibilities related to internal communications to various sales audiences.

This would include the aggregation and distribution of digital newsletters, distribution list and template maintenance. It would also include regular reporting and analysis of communication engagement metrics from our main internal news channel platforms (e.

g., Seismic NewsCenter and Poppulo).

You will provide first line support and training to end-users spanning sales, marketing and product functions. You will support and document business / user / functional requirements as well as participate and / or manage components of the design, testing, and implementation of new capabilities or enhancements.

This would include the execution of activities related to design, implementation, maintenance and to ensure performance and business continuity of TR’s core sales enablement and learning platforms.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain hygiene of Seismic’s content library measured by utilization goals & parameters by organizing and optimizing sales enablement content
  • Communicate as necessary with external vendor(s) to report issues, track fixes and submit enhancement requests
  • Monitor content usage patterns and recommend improvements to architecture & taxonomies
  • Research, evaluate and document business / user / functional requirements, including design, testing and implementation of new functionality
  • Continuous improvements to the information architecture on governance (e.g., folders, content properties, and tags)
  • Build and maintaining dashboards using BI tools to provide for main stakeholder audiences
  • Use Seismic analytics to optimize content discovery through search and click-paths
  • Use Poppulo analytics to measure and optimize email newsletter engagement
  • Provide first line support and training to end-users spanning sales, marketing and product functions
  • KEY SKILLS

  • Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Technical aptitude including knowledge of Seismic, Poppulo and HTML a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with many different stakeholders within the sales enablement team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills experience with a passion for extracting data insights from various sources and transforming them into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven environment
  • Sales Enablement experience a plus
  • EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

  • MBA required
  • 5-6 years’ experience in curation / governance of a large enterprise content / document (EDMS / ECMS) management system such as Seismic, Showpad, Sharepoint, Adobe AEM, M-Files
  • 2-3 years’ experience managing an LMS or Enablement platform, including reporting and analytics
  • Experience with problem solving and communicating with management and sales channels
  • Proven problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a high aptitude to learn and adopt new processes
