Who You Are

The Learning Cisco CX Training Team seeks a Learning Consultant to drive the strategy and execution of CX Training’s CX Enablement initiatives.

Learning Cisco business is part of the Customer Experience (CX) business and enables our customers and partners in the acquisition and application of knowledge to fill critical skills gaps and adopt Cisco technologies.

This person would work closely with CX leadership and stakeholders in the region and plan and implement technical training programs.

You will be responsible for ensuring that technical enablement efforts are 100% linked to the business strategy and programs and projects are implemented flawlessly by leveraging internal teams as well as the ecosystem of learning partners.

Who You’ll Work With

In this role, you will work closely with your leadership team and in close partnership with your leadership, engage with business leaders, SPOC, and talent leaders across CX.

You would also collaborate closely with other L&D organizations within CX and Cisco as well as with support functions such as Learning Services, WPR, HR to plan and deliver training in the entire region.

Where required, you would work with stakeholders across EMEAR and AMERICAS regions to help them assess and meet their training needs.

Your program management, project management, and stakeholder management skill will be critical to the efforts to build and implement technical enablement programs.

What You’ll Do (Hiring Manager to review and update)

  • Build relationships across CX to drive the adoption of training.
  • Create and execute complex, integrated plans in close partnership with key stakeholders in the APJC region, especially Bangalore
  • Lead comprehensive training initiatives to propel L C business across CX.
  • Lead teams to create and execute complex, integrated training initiatives across L C, CX, and business unit stakeholders.
  • Present to and influence stakeholders to attain buy-in on technical enablement programs as well as site events.
  • Design and implement measurements to analyze training effectiveness
  • You are a high-energy self-starter, independent, leader who takes initiative with a program management mind set. You are results-

  • You can handle stress and use social know-how to get things done.
  • You know how to handle crisis, and how to prioritize.
  • You are very comfortable communicating and presenting to senior leaders across multiple Cisco functions.

    Requirements

  • 5+ years in the technology industry
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement talent enablement initiatives
  • Deep expertise in job task analysis, competency mapping, TNA, TNI
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong program management skills, ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, writing and presentation skills; ability to leverage various types of media to tell factual stories clearly, creatively, and succinctly
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator / teamwork. Able to build alignment, trust and accountability across teams.
  • A leadership mindset, instilling a collaboration culture and valuing diversity of people and perspectives.
  • Strategic thinker who is also practical and pragmatic about developing today’s business.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Certification in training, psychometric assessments, and Learning and Development
