Lepton also helps telcos to achieve various business KPIs and address business critical issues like business expansion and business process optimization.
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to build the North Indian market and achieve sales target through partnerships and direct sales.
And maintain the current key accounts of Lepton.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of a healthy sales funnel.
Acquiring new customer accounts through cold calling, outbound calls, and the existing network.
New business generation (hunting) and upselling in existing accounts (farming).
Giving presentations with presales proposals and demonstrations to the prospective client.
Develop pipeline and create a consistent flow of interested prospects.
Develop maximum traction & relationship building with clients and key account management.
Identify incremental business opportunities within the existing clientele.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET :
Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in Hunting & Sales Management role would be preferred.
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Master's degree would be preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Should be ready to travel to develop business relations within and outside the Indian market.
Candidate with an understanding of cloud products or Location Analytics would have an added advantage.
Experience of selling Enterprise solutions (preferably BI / CRM products) to different business verticals
