What You’ll Do for Us
Delivers high-impact outcomes for the INSWA BU and the Coca-Cola System by driving large-scale key strategic projects and enterprise wide cross-functional initiatives (EWI) .This role,
Drives and enables strategic, large-scale OU initiatives with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional agile teams
Curates, stewards and enriches list of Enterprise Wide Initiatives (EWIs) across all the steps from prioritization with the Center / Network of OUs to implementation with OU Functions / bottlers / key stakeholders
Develops, recommends and leads a consistent and standardized agile operating model across the OU , to increase performance and deliver value driven results
Supports agile teams to set ambitious and clear objectives , track progress, create alignment and encourage teams’ engagement around measurable goals (OKR’s)
Serves as the OU network organization strategic enabler by acting as a culture transformation driver and catalyst , by successfully implementing and optimizing new ways of working across the system and collaborating with the Global People Function, to advance the global capability agenda for the OU
Enterprise wide initiatives and OU key strategic initiatives PMO
OU ways of working capability agenda, design, implementation, metrics tracking and optimization
Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years of project management experience and global capability development and implementation, with a focus on agile ways of working and proven success record in several businesses, functional areas and geographies
Graduate Degree in business, strategy or a related field
Relevant experience in marketing, business analysis or general management accountability
People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
Generalist with ability to adjust, learn and connect towards delivery of high-stakes initiatives
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to transform analysis, concepts, and ideas into convincing communications.
Able to simplify and condense complex topics.
Exceptional problem solving, process mind-set and analytical skills with great attention to detail
Outstanding ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working closely with senior leaders
Internal and external customer focus with the ability to understand complex challenges & linkages and articulate into plans to drive results
Proven ability to coach, influence and facilitate learnings across all levels of an organization
