YOU’LL BE A MEMBER OF : CI team

WHAT WILL I BE DOING AT ATHER?

Have an understanding of the industry to strategically identify and build partnerships &alliances in the ecosystem with a view of setting up charging infrastructures

Work with cross functional teams to research and map the user experience for all nonAther EV users and see how Ather’s Charging infrastructure can add value to a EVuser’s charging experience

Work closely with the finance team and develop revenue models / subscription modelsfor various target segments or product portfolios

Ability to assess the needs and requirements of the semi pvt segment for Ather andposition our Charging Infrastructure offerings accordingly to Business Developmentmanagers for them to sell to in their regions

Understand competitor offerings and ability to position our offering accordingly

Understand the trajectory and growth of the EV industry and help the CI semi pvtbusiness pivot accordingly

Plan and implement training for dealer / partner network

Be abreast of relevant central govt and state govt policies that may affect the businessand convince the team to take appropriate action to mitigate any business risks

Work with team members to plan and apply for appropriate government subsidies andtenders

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

Have 10-15 years years work experience as a Sales manager / Business developmentmanager / management of channel partner network (added bonus if you have worked inthe Renewable energy industry, real estate or the EV industry)

Team management skills, having handled 1-2 member team

Experience working with channel partners

It will help you if you are a self starter and can work with no specific processes in place

Exhibit a sense of urgency in closing deals

Can independently coordinate internally with cross functional teams and sourceappropriate information to close deals

Can think strategically and assess potential partners in the ecosystem

WHAT SHOULD I HAVE GRADUATED IN? Graduate in any stream
