We are currently looking for a Senior Director : Digital Data & Analytics Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for decoding digital data, marrying offline and online data, digital research and a comprehensive understanding of Google, Facebook, & other partners digital data eco-

system to arrive at actionable consumer Insights and innovative products for addressing brand challenges.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to : Principal Partner Strategy / Business Planning Mindshare Fulcrum

  • Identify at least 2-3 areas that the individual would lead and be accountable for

  • Work on at least 2-3 key projects with minimum guidance
  • Present at least 2 new concept / product idea
  • In 12 months :

  • Land the identified product / concept
  • Be fully integrated in the team and lead significant aspects of the practice

  • Comprehensive understanding of Google, Facebook, & other partners data eco-system and how that data can be used for building better consumer understanding & consumer profiling
  • Expert in Digital research , specifically in the context of measurement
  • Linking or integrating offline & online data
  • Experience in working on Data Management Platform, Demand Side Platforms, Trading desk
  • Good understanding of GA, Omniture, Adobe, Appsflyer (Analytics) & basis understanding of how AdWords and Facebook Ad campaign consoles work
  • Data partnerships and Alliances for building cookies / Device ID pool
  • What you’ll bring :

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in digital, data analytics & strategy
  • Thorough understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Sound marketing (research) knowledge and analytical skills
  • Ability to interact and relate with broad spectrum of people from different backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times)
  • Good team player, Self-Motivated, Resourceful
  • Ability & Willingness to take up responsibility in areas other than specified objectives / goals
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills
