Proficient with Git.Experience with Redis, Memcache, and Amazon S3 Amazing people skills Flawless and impressive communication Understand how to coach and train peopleSet standards and never compromize on quality.

Would be awesome if you have : Familiarity with message queues like Beanstalkd, RabbitMQ.Familiarity Messaging protocols like XMPP.

Experience in building and maintaining distributed systems.Familiarity with one other language like C, Go, Java, LispUnderstanding of the Microservices architecture.

Skills : - Ruby, Ruby on Rails (ROR), Microservices and Test driven development (TDD)
