Job Description

  • Ensure that projects are executed as per plan to meet business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration & quality
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate project timelines / road map, status, and issues to management and other stakeholders
  • Deliver Projects in a matrix organization
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Resolving constraints and conflicts that affect multiple projects within the program.
  • Ability to communicate and gather expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams, and capacity to translate and document business requirements to technical specifications
  • Good Knowledge in change management, quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in Project mgmt tools like Jira, Microsoft EPM
  • Strong experience in SQL / PLSQL, Oracle
  • Usage experience in Inhouse tools like PROMISE, PRME, Planisware, C4C, Sap ERP-PEI, SpotON
  • Good Know how about Data Analytics
  • Know how on technologies like Python, Hadoop, AWS
  • Hands on experience in visualization tools like Power BI
  • Bring in Wow factor in the dashboards, Interact with UI / UX designers
  • Good know how on Business Intelligence, Microsoft technologies
  • Automation know how
  • Experience in creating end user manuals is preferred
  • Knowledge on SAP FICO area is an added advantage
  • Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience including 3+ years of handling complex projects in related field
  • Willingness and ability to work independently, think creatively, and ability to pivot depending on changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience to Agile methodologies like SCRUM
  • In-depth knowledge of the SDLC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, Customer handling skills
  • Creative problem solver who proactively seeks out system / process improvements in support of his / her customers
  • A strong team player who works well within cross functional team structure
