Responsibilities :

Should have experience in load testing tools like performance Center / LoadRunner / Load

runner cloud / JMeter / Blaze meter

Programming in languages like C, JavaScript. Other than these if there is any other

language known it would an added advantage

Profiling & Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Perfmon, new relic.

Should have good experience in script creation, scenario designing & analyzing the test

results.

Should have experience in SAP GUI, SAP web, Web (HTTP / HTML), AjaxTrueClient

protocol scripting

Gathering non-functional requirement from stakeholders, preparing test plan and

relevant docs, effort Estimation, designing and developing test scripts for complex

applications

Continuous automated scripting and execution process for various build releases,

preparing comparisons results / analysis

Arriving different workload models for load, stress, and scalability testing, while

analyzing usage patterns from production logs

Performance analysis results and monitoring.

Good communication skills

Should be able to work alone and also along with team in a project.

Should have an experience as Team lead.

Additional expectations good to have :

Strong aptitude towards performance investigation, troubleshooting, sharing

reports / insights

Experience in modeling / simulation of complex scenario and comprehensive end to end

automation

Continuous Load / Test automation development experience.

Experience testing with containers, cloud technologies would be added advantage.

Ability to quickly adapt to the rapidly changing marketplace, in preparing POC’s and

willingness to learn new technologies as they evolve.

Understanding of SAAS platforms, Azure and AWS private cloud architecture is a plus

Minimum Qualification :

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

6-8 years of experience developing code for performance test using JavaScript, C, Java

Knowledge of QA methodology and test automation tools

Demonstrated understanding of how and where risk is introduced during software development

Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software

development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release processes, continuous deployment, and test suite development and maintenance

Experience in writing test frameworks and automation tools

Experience testing in a service-oriented architecture

Familiarity with different types of application architectures

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives and develop processes and tools as needed to support the organization.

Experience with test driven development and establishing integration test infrastructures

Experienced in interacting and coordinating test development activities across multiple teams
