The Role
As an Operations Associate you will be responsible for ensuring consistency across all PartsAvatar operational activities.
This includes day-to-day maintenance of processes, regular business related updates, communication to suppliers / inter departmental groups and support to the technical support operations department.
Successful candidate will be process driven, with responsibility for delivering top notch customer experience for all orders.
He / she must be an effective communicator and have strong ownership values.

Job Responsibilities :
Maintain a positive final mile delivery experience for our online sales including order review, cancellation, backorder and response through online portal and direct contact with suppliers.
Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration
Responsible for handling day to day business operations with external and internal team members
Work cooperatively with warehouse teams to coordinate all logistical aspects
Operations-related customer experience
Assist with customer support operations department
Provide required inputs to suppliers to manage customer feedbacks
Develop and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) for ecommerce operations
Routing tickets to right queue
Ideal Profile
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in E-commerce or related field
Obsession with delighting customers, comfortable in a culture of continuous change and problem solving ability
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
Should be able to dive deep and identify the root cause of the issues and get them fixed by coordinating with different teams
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience working in a business-to-customer shipping or ecommerce operations role
Experience : 2-3 years in E-commerce industry
Experience providing daily leadership / work direction of a team
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Strong communication skills
Proficient written and oral English
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams
