The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Software Engineer to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will help develop the next generation of our customer platform.
You will become part of an agile and globally distributed development team, contributing value to our customers through the enhancement of both customer and internal systems.
In this role, you'll need to be both creative and motivated, proficient in building web applications, and able to work in a fast-
paced, distributed environment. As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on understanding the business requirements and any technical limitations of our customers.
In addition, you will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research and translating the findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
You will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the offering and iterate upon it in accordance with user-
testing in order to ensure a great user experience.
