This exciting role will be responsible to understand hydraulics embedded product requirements, design and develop electronics which goes in embedded hardware used in Hydraulics products conforming to required standards and to customer specific requirements.

Providing project, process, and technical leadership on products’ design and development activities & should contribute in product & technology innovations.

Your essential responsibilities :

EIIC has opening in its Hydraulics SWEC group for Senior Engineer- Electronics.

Responsibilities ofEngineer will be :

Responsible for activity planning, execution and closing of assigned activities.

Continuously manages the expectations of internal and external customers.

Develops schedule in order to effectively manage time.

Performs electronics controller design & development, testing & troubleshooting etc.

Identifiespetencies and personnel needed toplete tasks.

Works with customers (Internal and external) to define acceptable quality levels based on recognized quality standards.

Ensure quality levels are met through tools such as Six Sigma, DFSS etc.

If you are :

Required : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / IndustrialElectronics / Electronics andmunication Engineering

Desired : Master’s degree in Electronics / IndustrialElectronics Engineering

Required :

5+ Years of experience in Hardware System design &development, verification & validation, qualification & certificationtesting

Should have hands on experience on 8 / 16 / 32 bitmicrocontrollers / DSP based hardware systems design& development.

Should have experience in the functional safetydevelopment process according to ISO 26262

Should have experience in hardware safety analysisprerequisite requirements, specifying hardware safety requirements anddeveloping the safety hardware architecture

Good working experience in FMEA and FMEDA, FTA

Provide guidance to the electronics team in meetingISO26262 and ensuring thepliance of hardware design

Verification and validation testing of electronicsfunctional safety related circuitry

Good working experience on analog and digital hardwaredesign, circuit simulations using PSpice & LTspice tools.

Knowledge on PCB and hands on experience on PCB layoutdesign using Allegro PCB Editor

Should be able to analyze the analog & digitalCircuits for Functional, performing FMEA’s, Stress, Derating, Worst-case &Tolerance study using analysis tools like PSpice & LTspice.

Should have experience in building prototypes in house orfrom external suppliers.

Hands on experience on functional testing & debuggingof anyplex hardware.

Hands on experience in writing detailed testplan / procedures, Qualification test procedures.

Hands on experience on various testing’s for ConductedEmissions / Immunity, Radiated Emissions / Immunity, Environmental Testing.

Good Knowledge of IEC, CISPR, ISO, SAE standards.

Knowledge about CE Certification process.

Hands on test equipments like CRO, Function Generator,Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzer, Thermal Chambers etc.

Understanding with somemunication protocols SerialRS232, SPI, SSI, CAN, CAN tools

Good interpersonal, written and oralmunicationskills.

Technical documentation and Requirement managementKnowledge and awareness of software life-cycle process (e.g. CMMI) andconfiguration management.

Experience with hardware / software integration atproduct and system level
