Working with the leading provider of integrated embedded software and networks solutions, you will manage all techno commercial needs of some of the major companies in the networking& cloud services industries and automotive.

You will work closely with Application Engineers and strive to become the trusted advisor to our customers by understanding their business needs and addressing those needs through Wind River s products, services and expertise.

You must have experience with Telco, , Embedded Design houses. Be capable of understanding the customer s problems. You should also know and have lived through commercial software Project Development Cycles and have a good understanding of project management.

Some amount of travel will be required.


  • Manage all techno-commercial needs of account, utilizing all available resources.
  • Manage technical resources to effectively manage customer product life-cycle needs.
  • Serve as a single point of contact, become the customer s trusted advisor and the Wind River Product & Solutions expert.
  • Develop territory and regional (multi-site) account plans with the Application Engineers and execute successfully.
  • Listen to customer s needs, architect solutions with AE and present value proposition.
  • Provide consistent market feedback.
  • Increase Wind River market share with each customer.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have 5-6+ years of embedded software and solutions Sales experience in the following areas :


  • Sales knowledge of network stacks, switching, routing, , IOT, RTOS, Embedded Software tool chain for Networking industry / customers.
  • Fundamental wireless / cellular Telecom knowledge
  • Sales Knowledge in Virtualization and Cloud Computing software
  • Should have handled Networking OEM accounts directly and interacted with developers / Project managers / Project leads / COTs
  • Having mapped network accounts .
