Position Summary :
This position is responsible for serving as a technical expert of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau CRM) systems responsible for design, development, implementation, deployment, and support CRM systems within the IT Team
Job Description :
Key Tasks and Deliverables :
Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities related to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau CRM) platforms to solve critical business needs
Managing Salesforce interfaces and experience in reconciling data between SAP and Salesforce
Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas
Create and review Technical specifications and track status of all efforts
Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.
Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance / consultation, etc.
Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions
Willingness to work in shifts supporting worldwide, based on business need
