Supply Chain Operational Excellence

  • Driving Supply chain Transformation People process and technology
  • Designing and implementing next generation supply chain operations
  • Data & Digitalization Analytics & Automation programs & Projects
  • Supply Chain Excellence with Operations Management with strong interlock with Supply Chain Service Providers (SPs), OEM and Internal stakeholders
  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs met, SC Spend within budget, Customer deliverables are maintained by Supply Chain services providers
  • Translate customer needs in operational requirement for effective execution by SPs and / or OEMs
  • Ensure quality of services, on time delivery performance and SLAs met as per the KPIs set
  • Execute Transformation & CI projects for cost reductions, optimization and state of the art lean operations
  • SME for Organization wide or functional transformation projects including digital and data
  • Escalation and Exception Management with Supply Chain Service Providers and Internal Stakeholders
  • Exception and Escalations management for critical customer needs. Understand expectations Identify & address potential issues in the deliveries
  • Be the strong point of contact between stakeholders and vendors in driving the performance
  • Governance with stakeholders with operational performance reviews with Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly BRs
  • Transition of process, product and Technologies to Service Provider
  • Plan & Execute Advance & buffer stock requirement for customer & customer agnostic needs
  • Contribute as SME in the Solution Defining Phase in Digital Transformation Projects
  • Crisis management to avoid any impact on the business and customer needs
  • Ensure Business Continuity in crisis situations
