We are having urgent openings for below mentioned profile for MNC company.

Job Title : Customer Care Representative (Voice and E-mail)

Job Description :

Blended process (Voice & E-mail)

Make calls to customers to resolve their issues

Reply emails of customers and address their concerns

Communicate with the client via email and phone to discuss ongoing issues

Competency Requirements :

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Basic knowledge of computers and Internet

Willingness to work in Rotational Shift (24 / 7)

Working days : 5 days a week - Weekly off : 2 days )

Salary 19k to 23k
