This role works as part of the Finance team and the purpose is to support in-country payroll implementations.
Main responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst include :
Ensure RB employees in India across units & regions are paid correctly, on time and in accordance with both statutory legislation and company policy whilst ensuring, that there are no material audit issues and the principles of customer service are maintained.
Ensure timely sign-off for timely dispersal to RB employees.
Ensuring completion of all tasks to support payroll processing and complete sign-off schedule for review ensuring any exceptions and outstanding tasks are documented.
Work closely with HR to ensure that the information received from HR / finance teams and loaded and captured correctly within Neeyamo’s system.
Reviewing and reconciling Interface reports from SuccessFactors.
Handling incoming inquiries to the agreed Service Level Agreement. Resolving queries at first point of contact, escalating or referring on to regional payroll service teams as and when required.
Ability to work in a team as well as with all levels within the organisation
Ensuring that all payroll policies are adhered to and any exceptions are approved
Ensuring that payroll data is processed in a timely manner
Ensuring that all payrolls are processed correctly by our outsourced payroll providers
Ensuring that SEPA files are uploaded to ensure payment is made to employees on time
Interacting with employees to resolve their payroll queries
Establishing working relationships with key HR / Finance professionals in-country as well as Neeyamo as our chosen payroll provider
Escalating issues to the appropriate level when required
