About Retail Lending :

The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others.

They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank

About the Role :

The role Sales Manager - Gold Loans involves driving Gold Loan through a team of Relationship Officers. It also involves ensuring growth in Book size of allotted Gold Loan Hubs, maintain product level IRR and PF, and deliver on the new initiatives rolled out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on the Budgeted Targets in Gold Loan
  • Ensure Relationship Officers productivity levels are match
  • Interact regularly with the Branches and various Branch staff for lead generation through Branches
  • Hiring ,Training and Development of the Team Members
  • Support Bank’s endeavor in new product and process
  • Qualifications :

    Optimal qualification for success on the job is :

  • Education Graduation / Post Graduation)
  • Experience 3-5 Years
  • Role Proficiencies :

    For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following :

  • Should possess basic knowledge of Gold Loan or other Retail Assets Products
  • Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
  • Strong Drive to deliver on the numbers
  • Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
  • Ability to manage , train and develop the team members
