Responsibility's : -

  • Own and execute the design & planning / sourcing and hiring across Ops / Support / Media / Admin / supply Chain functions.
  • Partner with businesses to understand the mandate to support their manpower requirements in advance.
  • Problem solver for current and immediate hiring requirements.
  • Proactively engage business to pre-empt and resolve upcoming hiring issues / mitigate risks.
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development.
