Responsibilities :

  • Support Verizon Credo through adherence to company policies, processes and practices.
  • Execute processes in the areas of contractual changes of company details in the billing systems.
  • Provide project support under the guidance of the Lead PM.
  • Adhere to and accurately execute defined processes in support of contractual changes of billing system company changes.
  • Track and manage assigned tasks to accurately meet client deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Build strong communication channels with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal & Service.
  • Note : Position is supporting Singapore Business Operating Hours (0900 1800) & IST Local Time (0630 1530).

    You'll need to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Even better if you have :

  • A degree.
  • Two or more years of relevantexperience.
  • Willingness to obtain PMP Certification.
  • Willingness to obtain ITIL Foundations Certification
  • Strong organizational skills..
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Strong leadership skills.
