We are looking for a Lead Member of Technical Staff to join our Clinicals team within our Bangalore R&D division. Your job will be to build products and services for Clinicals.
Help us reach our goal of becoming the healthcare backbone by enhancing our cloud-based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 85,400+ providers.
Apply your technical skills towards allowing doctors to be doctors so that they are able to spend more time doing what they do best : provide patient care.

You are an engineer with experience building full stack web applications, preferably in public and private cloud environments.
You are an excellent communicator capable of quickly picking up the complicated healthcare domain. You are a tenacious yet nimble learner who demonstrates design and engineering excellence.
Our athenaClinicals team builds code that matters, working on the beating heart of doctors’ workflows that is used by over 100,000 healthcare providers daily.
We build the interface that makes the interactions between these providers and the electronic health record as seamless as possible, and elevates what the doctor needs to see, when they need to see it.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
Develop rugged code, properly considering security, performance, longevity, and testing
Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
Adhere to DOD (story definition of done) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, and documentation
Perform peer code reviews in order to ensure quality standards
Scale systems to meet business demand
Proactively identify and proposes new technology in order to create scalable implementations and achieve results
Ideally 6-8 years of progressive software development experience with significant product development expertise
Hands on experience in at least one relational database technology and one modern UI framework.
Knowledge of Unix / Linux, NOSQL, RESTful API, modern JS frameworks, and various other technologies helpful
Experience dealing with large existing codebase.
Refactoring and re-platforming experience is a big plus
