Job Description

  • Support users and maintains marketing technology(analytics focus) environments.
  • Works with client business and technical teams to understand business and system requirements
  • Provides 2nd level user and technical support for client teams per managed services model
  • Interfaces with partner technical support channel
  • Installation, configuration, customization, and support of analytic applications for client and internal use
  • Maintenance of QA / test / non-prod environments
  • Interfaces with IT and database technology teams during system build and support phases for application enablement
  • Automation of recurring tasks (e.g. backups, monitoring programs)
  • Implementation of methodology to maintain system release levels including major release upgrade management and hot fixes
  • Unit Test and System Integration Test case / plan creation and execution
  • Qualifications

  • 4-year Computer Science degree or comparable experience and 6+ years professional experience
  • SQL programming
  • Scripting (Perl, Python, Unix shell, Power shell)
  • Open source software (example python, R, etc.)
  • SAS Intelligence Platform architecture and deployment (including SAS Metadata layer, SAS Web Application layer)
  • Unica Campaign, Adobe or other campaign management tools experience also a consideration
  • Experience administering Business Intelligence tools e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy
  • Experience in Advanced User support and user mentoring functions
