JOB PURPOSE

To drive Non-Aero revenues through digital marketing and partnerships. Execute the online marketing calendar through effective digital consumer marketing programs and alliances / partnerships with online sites ( like Makemytrip, Yatra etc ) , tourism companies and governmental tourism arms and to monetize the DIAL website through effective web contracts.

An Associate Manager- Cargo BD handles Either Domestic / Export / Import vertical of Cargo Business Development, with both short and long-term goals to achieve.

The Goals include driving and achieving the AOP and further developing the Cargo Business to enhance our Market Share in the Industry.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Drive Cargo Volumes as per AOP for Domestic vertical in the cargo department.

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Increasing client base

Regular engagement with Freight Forwarders, Shippers, Airlines, Associations and Cargo Terminal Operators to drive cargo business.

Developing the product offerings to be made available to new customer / existing customers based upon the existing portfolio of offerings

Anchor New Customers on regular basis and facilitate them at the Airport for their cargo movements.

Initiating New Projects to boost Cargo Tonnages

Developing Business cases for Customers

Development of untapped markets

Diversion from other airports to Delhi like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Indore etc.

Key Account Management

Identifying Target Commodities and Opportunities ahead

Identifying and Developing New Products to enhance Cargo business.

Anchor New Customers on regular basis and facilitate them at the Airport for their cargo movements

Developing the product offerings to be made available to new customer / existing customers based upon the existing portfolio of offerings

Regular engagement with Freight Forwarders, Shippers, Airlines, Associations and Cargo Terminal Operators to drive cargo business.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA in Marketing
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    5-6 Years of BD Experience

    Sales,Marketing / Business Development, Data Analysis
