Â What you will do : Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.Setting up and managing dealer networks in the region.
Focusing on Sales and maintenance of relationship with corporate clients.Being the single point of contact for customers of the appointed region.
Evaluating store and individual performances.Reporting on regional sales results.Forecasting quarterly and annual profits.
Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the area of responsibility.Analyzing regional market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth.
Addressing potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.Managing relationships with all kinds of vendors in the region.
Candidate Profile : What you need to have : Must be between 26-30 years of age.Must have an FMCG background and have a good experience of working in Jharkhand.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their region.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.Developing sales strategies and setting targets.Having good market knowledge, distributors and distributor handling tactics.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
