This is a leadership and a high-visibility role. The person will be taking care of the Enterprise merchants portfolio of Razorpay.
Key Responsibilities Managing pan-India enterprise accounts across three regional teams a portfolio contributing significantly to the growth of the organization.
Coordinate with the three regional heads Ensuring and maintaining high motivation levels of the team and a strong sales rigour in the team.
Focus on solution-based selling rather than pushing products Growing the overall portfolio and driving cross-sell / up-sell across Razorpays diverse product portfolio.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, ops, tech support to ensure merchant issues are addressed and also market inputs / trends are shared internally.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and key personnel within customer companies. Also ensuring to position Razorpay as a preferred financial tech partner of choice rather than just a vendor.
Involvement in strategic discussions in terms of identifying new areas of opportunity, vision for the team and AOP / Budgeting exercise for the team Drive strategic initiatives within the team.
Minimum Qualifications 12 years of proven Sales / account management experience in product / tech-based organization with B2B focus.
Experience in payments / fintech industry preferred. Experience in a high-paced and an unstructured environment will be a plus.
Ability to solve for various unstructured business problems in an objective way will be one of the key criteria for hiring.
