We're Opening for Executive / Sr. Executive / Account Officer

Roles & Responsibilities : -

Location - Chandigarh Head Office

  • Reports To General Manager / Manager
  • Qualification(Essential) B.Com / M.Com / C.A. Inter / MBA - Finance
  • Experience Min 2-5 years post qualification experience.
  • Age Band 25-30 Years
  • Attributes(Exposure Characteristics) Data Analysis
  • Good Knowledge of Excel / Power point
  • Working Knowledge of SAP software
  • 8 Functional Competencies Knowledge of all accounting guidelines and procedures.
  • Continuous up gradation to all amendments in accounting policies applicable
  • Knowledge of taxation (Income Tax, TDS, Sales tax), Excise, PF / ESI
  • MIS preparation
  • Banking knowledge and preparation of cash flow
  • Exposure working in ERP software SAP.
  • Preferably working with manufacturing sector in a listed company.
  • MAJOR DELIVERABLES : -

  • Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that they are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  • Implement financial policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain cash controls and reconcile the general ledger,
  • Exposure of vouching and bills payment
  • Prepare and update on regular basis MIS on Cash flows, actual sales versus projections, and actual expenses versus budgeted expenses.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Establish and maintain supplier accounts, processes supplier invoices.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized
  • accounting system
  • Prepare income statements, monthly financial statement, quarterly and annual reports
  • Maintain financial files and records
  • Co-ordination and Assisting internal and external audit
  • 1. Statutory Compliances

  • Income tax and TDS
  • Service tax
  • Customs / Excise / VAT
  • PF / ESI
  • 2. Accounting and Balance sheet finalization

  • All aspects of accounting including timely vouching, monthly balance sheets, provisions, Fixed asset registers,
  • Coordination of internal and Statutory audits
  • Lead day-to-day banking relationships.
