Gain moderate understanding of Accurate’s products, services, and capabilities
Collaborate and assist different teams with queries and engage with their teams, especially project requirements, defining test plans for project success, etc.
Manage different type of meetings with required stakeholders, document and publish minutes of meeting and action items
Keep a track on progress of action items with different teams
Create and share project summaries and dashboard on regular intervals to keep stakeholder informed
Manage project risks, highlight, document and regularly share with stakeholders
Create project documentation, such as launch plans, project timelines or other customer specific documentation
Create training documentation, such as FAQs or other client or internal training documentation
Manage external stakeholders and keep regular touch points with external stakeholders
Requirements, Skills, and Education
Graduation for any field (BscIT, BCA, preferred)
Customer focused and able to manage against large enterprise client’s expectations
Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
Attention to detail and comfortable working with data, excel, word & power point
At least 4 years of work experience in a business with enterprise customers
Exercises a wide range of decision-making control
Very skillful in formulating solutions for difficult decisions
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be an active listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of background check systems, processes, workflows, and compliance rules
Knowledge of ATS, APIs, API economy and system integrations, SQL, Tableau, etc.
