About Team & Product / Project Details :
Product IST Switch application, Implemented in Azure cloud service.
IST Switch application will act as acquiring switch and route the merchant transactions to the card network.
IST Mas and Clearing application is used to settle the transaction with merchants.
What you will be doing :
The Sys admin Ninja will work closely with the Professional Services and Product teams to ensure SaaS Operations can exceed SLA and uptime objectives.
IST SaaS is an L2 team, is responsible for resolving all alerts generated from monitoring tools and maintenance operating in 24 / 7 rotational shift
What you bring :
3 to 7 years’ experience supporting a high availability publicly facing product with 24 / 7 uptime and 99.9%+ SLA.
Programming Languages : C / C++,Python, Java, Shell Scripting, Perl, etc ( read code)
Operating System : RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Linux Commands, MS Windows
Database : Oracle, MS SQL Joins, Views, CRUD operations
Cloud : Azure
Switching Technologies IST Switch, Narada, Base 24, Tandem, Sparrow (any one)
Monitoring Tools - Splunk, Ctrl M, DynaTrace, NetXMS, App Dynamics, Nagios (any one)
Effectively prioritize deliverables and manage workload to meet deadlines.
The ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Experience Banking / Fintech domain
Technical Skills & Experience :
Experience with Databases, SQL, LDAP, and Linux / Unix.
Broad knowledge of architecture of enterprise level information technology hardware (e.g., WAN, LAN and computer systems and peripherals) and software platforms.
Deploying product features and updates on application servers ( Tomcat, WebSphere, etc.) Patching Activity
Good understanding of networking technologies. (VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Web servers, Web Services, etc.)
Experience with IT infrastructure tools such as application and server monitoring, log management, IPS / IDS, vulnerability management, etc.
Card Network Messaging Specification Standards : ISO8583 / 87, 93 & 20002, VISA, MasterCard.
Adherence to PCI / DSS Security standards.
