Your field of responsibility

Reference Data Services is looking for a strong core Java / Spring / Middleware (messaging ) developer who will be responsible for design / implementation and enhancement of business critical Java applications.

He will be involved in

  • All phases of SDLC : analysis / solution / design / implementation / unit & integration testing.
  • Code and Testcase peer review to ensure code quality and identifying any missing usecase

    The Reference Data Services organization provides services and solutions for managing the quality, timeliness, accuracy and consistency of reference data, as it relates to enabling the bank’s business activities and regulatory obligations.

    Reference Data Services is made up of several components. The management of Settlement Instructions (SSI), Financial Instruments (IRD) and Contract (CDU) data make up our Product Lines, while the (CDDS) Distribution of this data, along with our Architecture group provide support across these product lines.

    CDU - Contract Data Utility

    Legal document and workflow management system providing following capabilities :

  • extract data from financial contracts and digitally capture and store legal terms and conditions
  • master agreement terms, handle and maintain agreement data with uniformity, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency and accountability of this data,
  • distribute agreement data to consumers firm wide

    Your skills and experience

    Senior developer (Individual contributor) having 4-7 years of extensive experience in creating distributed multi-tier service oriented applications

  • Hands-on Experience in Core Java / Spring / JMS / Database, Web Services (SOAP / REST), Junit, Jenkins, Maven
  • Proficient in designing efficient and robust ETL workflows
  • Must have experience using agile methodologies, and latest build / deploy / release management tools
  • Technical stack / tools : Core Java, JEE, Spring, Oracle DBMS, Web Services (SOAP / REST), Junit, Jenkins, Maven
  • Reference data management experience is a huge plus
  • Plus : Understating of NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis along with Kubernetes and OpenShift platform
