Job Description

New Product Development (Plastic Design)

Proof of concept (PoC) Design considering aesthetics and ergonomics requirements

Electro mechanical product packaging knowledge

Hands on experience in Creo CAD Software with experience in various modules - Top down Design Approach / Part / Assembly / Drafting / Advance Surfacing / Assembly work instructions

Injection Molding Tool Design experience / Exposure / Plastic parts manufacturing feasibility study / Efficient tool design modification to facilitate product design changes

Detailed 3D CAD Modelling and Manufacturing drawing creation with GD&T

Assembly Layout and concept development

Design and modelling creation

Tolerance Stack up Analysis

Preference will be given to the associates from Automotive interiors, Home Appliances , Medical devices with good plastic product design
