Recruit Candidates for the firm's clients' requirements
Manage relationships with candidates and clients.
Help HR / Account Managers arrange interviews & extend offers of employment.
Will utilizing applicant tracking systems and resume search engines is essential.
Manage interactions with clients team.
Creating weekly / monthly reports for senior management.
Directly interact with internal project team and manages resource expectations.
Requires basic knowledge of programming languages.
Requires basic knowledge of different industry domains.
Demonstrates understanding of core business functions.
Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem.
Skills and Abilities :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and inquisitive with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
High level of energy and enthusiasm including strong interpersonal skills, initiative and self-motivation
Highly organized and ability to multi-task.
PC Skills; including Internet sourcing experience.
Demonstrated success in diversity recruiting.
Proficient in : Email, internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and job postings experience is a must
Education / Experience :
Bachelors degree with degree / diploma in Personnel Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year recruiting experience.
5 Days working (Sat & sun fixed off) cab will be provided by the company.
Salary - Up to 8LPA (Plus good incentives)
Location NSP, Pritampura, New Delhi.
