Job Family Descriptor

  • Expertise on handling solution for various services like Wi Fi, SDH, NPT, DWDM, UBR LBR in last mile and mid-mile, Metro DWDM network to deliver required KPIs for customers in a cost effective manner.
  • Handholding with sales team for preparing network plan as per business requirement.
  • Expertise on Engineering of solutions of WiFi / UBR / LBR network.
  • In depth knowledge of Transport technologies of Wi Fi, SDH, NPT DWDM, OTN, UBR & LBR.
  • Preparing solution document of Services for Wi Fi, SDH, NPT, DWDM, UBR LBR network.
  • Maintain quality standards to achieve optimal levels of operation and KPI targets.
  • Preparing solution document of Services for primarily involving Wi Fi as last mile, interconnecting to SDH, NPT, DWDM, UBR, LBR, PRI, ILL, MPLS network.
  • Provide support for implementation of Project.
  • Broad outline of the Role

  • Consult with subject expert & provide efficient solution.
  • Preparation of Service Delivery guidelines for wireline network.
  • Analyzing network performance Month on Month basis & provide solution for augmentation & network restructuring.
  • Coordination with vendor for preparing End to End network rollout plan
  • Preparing system workflows for provisioning of various services
  • Adherence to all audit compliance
  • Review schematics, mechanical design and manage user experience during solution design lifecycle.
  • Work with component supplier for selection and obsolescence management, be part of negotiation team for component procurement.
  • Participate in device field testing, training to other stakeholder teams
