Develop and execute an architecture roadmap to support the customer requirements through specific details such as gap analysis, enhancements, buy vs.
Share inputs to perform requirements rationalization and feature validation; Provide inputs on development of User Business Requirements along with the user.
Guide the selection of vendors for implementation in case of new projects / major change requirements. Create the HLD definition (solutions approach).
Discuss HLD with Delivery and review with users; Share inputs to finalize solution approach. Work on preparing the techno-commercial content of the Statement of Work for strategic projects with Supply Chain team.
Develop End-to-End Scenarios (E2E) for User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Guide the solution delivery for strategic projects such as migration through entire SDLC cycle from UBR completion to deployment - (development of high level, low level, detailed design, manage the development process, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, UAT, documentation, training, data model documents etc.
Guide the delivery team on user documentation and drive training and knowledge transfer. Support customer organization through change impacts.
Participate in New Product Initiation activity to identify and merge tools capabilities into product releases.
Broad outline of the Role
Contribute as an individual contributor for deployment of architectural roadmap. Conduct the requirements analysis and system engineering study with key IT customers.
Resolve queries. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.May lead / manage small teams for small projects.
Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems / issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialisation.
Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. Education : BTech or Diploma Experience : 5-10 years with some experience in IT solutions
Purpose - Broad objective of the role
The Operations Support Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality Level 3 support TCL operations to meet our global customers- Service Level Agreements and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and should able to work independently with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Additionally, the applicant should have a pro-active mindset, continually trying to determine preventative measures, excellent knowledge of the customers solutions.
