POSITION PURPOSEThe primary focus of this role is to provide global support for operational process & fulfilment activities for Student Essentials Services.
This role will report to SF Lead based out of Chennai.The role success will be centred around operational process effectiveness and efficiencies for service delivery for customers and channels (network counsellors, online and phone).
This role will provide all required data analysis, data integrity maintenance, process improvement, fulfilment reports and knowledge support for channels.
The analyst must always safeguard and protect the information being retrieved and processedKEY RESPONSIBILITIESData Integrity : Maintenance of customer records on C4C (source of truth)Liaise with the SE Global Financial Administrator to identify incomplete sales information in the CRMs and upload information accordingly.
C4C process improvement : Provide inputs based on process experience to PO; with the objective to Optimise C4C existing processes including data capture and reporting.
Product delivery : Provide Fulfilment reports to business partners such as IDP HelplineStock and inventory of IDP offerings e.
g. process ISIC applications and manage activation processKnowledge management support : Update process maps to reflect current processAudit and maintain quick reference Links in C4CCollate Marketing collateral from business partners and update SE JAM.
