    Title Manager - Strategic Accounts & Business Development - South Asia- TempRite Reports To Business Director - South Asia, TempRite Engineered Polymers Division Lubrizol Advanced Materials India Private Limited Location Vikhroli (Mumbai), India Summary of Responsibilities Responsible to strengthen TempRites market leadership position in South Asia and achieve overall financial objectives (Revenue, OI) by managing Strategic Accounts.

    Partner in our customers overall business success through customer intimacy programs Joint innovation projects, operational excellence and joint technical and marketing programs.

    Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase Lubrizols presence in identified market verticals. Drive key strategic initiatives to increase revenue, OI and / or reducing cost, resulting in improving profitability for TempRite South Asia Essential Job Functions Strategic Account Management Accountable for managing and growing current / new accounts in line with overall business strategy.

    Identify and successfully implement joint initiatives (technical, marketing, new product development) to remain a preferred partner to our customers Develop & execute account strategies and manage customer programs Establish in-depth relationships with customers organization to keep abreast of changes and develop joint account plans, to fulfil strategic objectives.

    Understand unmet customer needs and implement programs to address the unmet needs Work with Customer to ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting, customer profiles and performance scorecards Align internal stakeholders (local, Global and operations) to deliver as per agreed objectives with Customer Market Development Support & Execute TempRite Strategy by understanding the market needs in terms of industry trends, gap analysis in portfolio, implement new business models and grow the business.

    Collaborate with external customers to identify value added opportunities and provide insights to the internal team on differentiated innovation projects to drive growth in a focused sub-segments Be responsible for market research and market development, to explore / harness opportunities.

    Develop business cases for Lubrizols entry in new opportunity areas and investments. Get approval from global and local senior management and implement in timely manner Strategically leverage distribution channels of external partners, market presence to grow new businesses like FlowGuard, Corzan, BlazeMaster, Non pipe & new applications Key strategic initiatives Support execution of key local and global strategic initiatives within the region.

    Be the key interface between Global Team-Dahej-Local operations & the technical teams for driving Key strategic initiatives to make our overall operations more efficient Be part of global programs and continue to work on improving efficiencies Financials All above activities to result in growth of business in terms of volume, revenues, material margin, and OI contribution Team Management Lead and manage the team in talent acquisition and talent management aspects, for the team.

    Acts as a mentor and coach to others Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Requirements Engineer or Postgraduate / MBA in marketing or related field with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant consultative selling experience Strategic account management is preferred Strategic orientation and ability to influence diverse set of stakeholders Specific experience in building materials industry will be an added advantage Team Management skills Strong drive for translating strategy to deliver results Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to travel locally and internationally Success Competencies Engage and Influence Strategic intent Commercial Acumen Deliver Results Develop Talent Collaboration (locally / Globally) Innovation
