The Red Hat Global Business Delivery (GBD) Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Pune, India.
In this role, you will perform sales operations activities to support the North America (NA) Sales Operations team. You'll conduct thorough and ongoing data validation, consolidation, cleansing, and maintenance.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for renewals, sales support. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be committed to contributing to Red Hat's operational success.
Primary job responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the NA sales operations team; support includes opportunity management, KPI reporting, case queue management, data validation, etc.
Cross-reference and reconcile data across different systems like Salesforce.com (SFDC), financial and commissions systems, or Oracle
Complete all deliverables in a timely fashion, ensuring proper quality checks, analytics and business context reviews, and associate revisions
Work under tight deadlines
Develop an understanding of Red Hat's workflows and deep understanding of our policies
Bachelor's degree; equivalent degree at an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered
5+ years of industry experience in data management or sales operations
Ability to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner
Good analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large data while maintaining high attention to detail
Proficiency with google spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills; focused on delivering results
Experience working with SFDC as well as transactional reporting and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
