Job Description : This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high
performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the Kaizens unique way of learning.
As a BDA in Kaizen Academy, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up
demos, counsel the students on the Kaizens unique way of learning and assist them to become
1. Calling potential customers and pitching Kaizen Classes.
2. Counselling parents on the importance of 21st Century Skills for Children.
3. Scheduling demo classes for potential customers with Kaizens teaching faculty.
4. Doing timely follow-ups.
5. Generating revenue and closing deals.

Any Bachelor Degree
